At TCG, we become a partner and counselor to our clients —from concept development through meeting closeout. We attend planning meetings and make recommendations on program content, format, and participant recruitment when needed. We lead the logistics process, allowing our clients to focus on the meeting content. We prepare and implement the marketing communications plan, develop the interactive event website and community, produce the event materials, secure the promotional items, manage exhibits and poster sessions, and plan supporting special events.
