Kendra Williams Pierson | MA | CMP

Kendra is the Director of Market Research and Event Planning at TCG. She has more than 16 years of research and event planning experience in the public and private sectors. Kendra has significant experience in the development of strategic research studies, including both quantitative and qualitative research methods and analyses.

One of  Kendra’s areas of expertise is using innovative strategies to conduct research with hard-to-reach populations and translate research findings into easily-understood materials. She is also experienced in the management of focus groups, survey fielding and multi-site partner collaborations. Over the course of her experiences, Kendra has conducted formative research for partners such as Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Best Buy and U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Kendra’s previous professional experiences include working with at the National Institutes of Health National Cancer Institute, The George Washington University Center for Health Services Research, Porter Novelli Atlanta and Morehouse School of Medicine. 

Kendra received her MA in Media and Public Affairs from The George Washington University and a BA in English from Spelman College. Additionally, she holds the designation of Certified Meeting Professional (CMP), has successfully completed the Certified Government Auditing Professional (CGAP) exam, and is a member of the American Evaluation Association.
